How your details are used.

This page covers the Drop 01 email list on proof44.com. It’s run by me, Saul Todd, in East Yorkshire, UK.

What I collect

Your email address, and your first name and hoodie size if you choose to give them. I also record the date you joined and that you ticked the consent box. To stop spam, the site briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection’s IP address for up to an hour.

What it’s used for

Only to email you about Drop 01 and PROOF launches. Your hoodie size helps me plan quantities. I don’t sell or share your details, and joining doesn’t reserve an item or a number.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it’s stored

In a file on the web server that hosts this site, in a folder that isn’t publicly accessible. If I move the list to an email service to send the launch emails, this page will be updated to name it before that happens.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until PROOF stops sending launch emails, whichever comes first.

Unsubscribing and your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or come off the list, at any time. Message @saultoddtraining on Instagram, or reply to any email from PROOF. Every launch email will include a way to unsubscribe.

If you’re unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
